1. Pre installation inspection: Before installing the fuel pump, it is necessary to check whether the model and specifications are correct, and remove the rust proof oil. Choose the appropriate thickness of the gasket to avoid being too thin or too thick, which may cause the piston to tip or run improperly. When tightening the bolts, the torque should be uniform to prevent damage to the oil pump.
2. Regular inspection and cleaning of the filter screen: The coarse filter core in the oil pump joint is prone to clogging due to dirt such as cotton wool, and the filter screen needs to be inspected and cleaned regularly. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
3. Protect the rubber sealing device: There is a rubber sealing device between the hand oil pump piston and the hand oil pump body on the fuel pump. Do not disassemble it at will. If the rubber ring is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
4. Ensure that the spring elasticity is normal: The elasticity of the "four springs" (piston spring, plunger spring, inlet valve spring, outlet valve spring) of the plunger oil pump must be normal. If the elasticity weakens or breaks, it should be replaced or adjusted with padding in a timely manner.
5. Integrity of sealing gaskets: Ensure that all sealing gaskets are intact and undamaged. The plastic gasket should not be disassembled too many times and should be replaced regularly.
6. Function of oil drain hole: The oil drain hole on the pump body of the fuel transfer pump is used to discharge a small amount of leaked diesel, which must not be blocked to prevent diesel from entering the oil pan of the fuel injection pump and diluting the lubricating oil.
7. Handling of hand oil pump after use: After using the hand oil pump, it must be pressed back and the button tightened to prevent air intake or oil leakage.
8. Inspection and adjustment of fuel supply advance angle: The fuel supply advance angle must be checked and adjusted according to the standard data, and rechecked and adjusted every 500 hours of operation.
9. Selection and maintenance of diesel: National standard light diesel must be used, and the diesel tank and filter must be cleaned regularly according to the instructions. Check the oil level in the governor daily and add it promptly if it is insufficient.
10. Regular maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the oil pump, including cleaning, lubricating, replacing seals, etc., to extend its service life.
