一. The main reason for the high injection pressure of the diesel generator injector
1. The pressure of the pressure regulating spring is adjusted too large.
2. The needle valve is stuck in the valve body.
3. The spray hole is blocked.
二. The main reason for the low injection pressure of the diesel generator set injector
1. The pressure regulating spring is adjusted too small or broken.
2. The pressure regulating screw is loose.
3. The gap between the needle valve guide part and the needle valve body is too large or the needle valve cone surface is not sealed tightly.
4. The contact surface between the injector nozzle and the injector body is not sealed tightly.
